Can I keep my current email while I try it?
Yes. Signing up and verifying your domain does not touch your current email. Mail only starts arriving at MailOfficially when you change your domain’s MX record, which you do when you are ready.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days free once your domain is verified, for up to 3 mailboxes. You add a card to start it, and nothing is charged until the trial ends - cancel before then and you pay nothing. During the trial you get the full plan you chose, including phone and desktop mail apps and the plan's sending limit.
Can I move my old emails over?
Yes. Seal and Crest include importing mail and folders from Gmail, Zoho, Outlook and most other providers. It keeps syncing new mail until you switch, and nothing is deleted from your old account.
Which apps can I use?
Webmail in any browser, the MailOfficially apps for iPhone and Android, and any standard mail app such as Apple Mail, Outlook or Thunderbird. Calendar and contacts sync to your phone too.
Will my emails land in spam?
Every domain gets SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, the checks Gmail, Outlook and others use to trust a sender, and outgoing mail is sent through a high-reputation delivery network.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your admin console and you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
